Once the Citibox lockers are installed in your building, couriers will start delivering all parcels there, using the phone number used to place the order. If you have not yet registered and you cannot or do not want to receive your parcels in the Citibox lockers at the moment, you can let us know at any time and we will prevent the courier from delivering to you. Just send us an email to supportuk@citibox.com and we will add your phone number to an exclusion list to ensure that no courier delivers to you in any of our lockers.
We can assure you that we will not use your phone number for any purpose other than to ensure that it cannot be used by couriers to deliver any parcels associated with that phone number to the Citibox lockers.
