Once Citibox’s smart parcel lockers have been installed in your building, download the app to register and start receiving parcels: 

Follow these steps to register, it won’t take longer than 2 minutes:

1. Open the app and enter the mobile number you wish to register with (it’s important that you enter the phone number you normally use when you shop online as this will be your unique identifier for deliveries)
2. By pressing Continue you accept the Terms and Conditions
3. Enter the confirmation code you will receive by text
4. Enter your full name - It’s important that you enter your name exactly as you normally do when you shop online
5. Enter your email address
6. Choose a 4-digit PIN to log into the app

You’re now ready to start receiving parcels through Citibox’s smart lockers!
