If you are already a Citibox user, then you have already registered in our App. When a courier delivers a parcel in your name you will receive a notification by email or in the Citibox App depending on the options you have chosen.

To complete the collection of the package delivered in the locker you can do it in two ways: via bluetooth, or by entering a code manually. Here’s how: 

Collecting via bluetooth:

1. Go to the area where the lockers are located in your building and open the Citibox App.
2. Click on the order you’d like to pick up.
- If this is the first time you do this, please grant the app permission to use bluetooth
3. Press the key button on the lock. When the light flashes blue, it means it’s connecting.
4. When the light turns green you can open the door and collect your parcel.

Collecting using a code:

1. Go to the area where the lockers are located in your building and open the Citibox App.
2. Click on the order you’d like to pick up.
3. Scan the locker’s QR code or enter the first letter shown on the locker’s label.
4. Enter the code shown on the app in the locker keypad and press the key button.
5. Then open the door and pick up your parcel.
