Once the courier has left the parcel in the Citibox smart mailboxes, a notification is sent to your mobile phone. Once the notification has been received, users usually collect the parcel within one or two days, although we give a period of up to 7 calendar days for you to collect the parcel. 

We are improving our service through your feedback and have included a new feature:

Extend the collection window for your orders from the app itself.

Select your order and click on the Postpone button.
You can extend the collection time for your order for a maximum of one month and once per order.
